Company History
Healthcare construction experts Ken Kadel and Ken Cates founded Northstar Management Company in 1998, with a personal mission to help corporations realize the best construction solutions possible and the greatest long-term value.
Our staff includes civil, mechanical, construction, and biomedical engineers. While we have the expertise and capacity to provide full project management services, our unique niche is our ability to customize and tailor our services to meet your project circumstances and needs. Our comprehensive list of services includes the Owner’s project manager, overall leadership of the project team, project schedule management, project budget/cost management, coordination of user input, identification and procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (including medical equipment), construction administration, transitional/operational planning and occupancy management.
